MEDIATION SERVICES

My goal is to provide affordable mediation services in personal injury, civil trial law, and family law cases. My knowledge of what happens in courtrooms in Central Texas gives me the insight and knowledge necessary to assist you in resolving your legal dispute. I will travel to any county in Central Texas and conduct the mediation in your office. The counties that I serve include Bell, McLennan, Williamson, Travis, Milam, Coryell, and any other county within an hour of my office in Belton. I charge only $100 per hour total for my services, so in a two-party mediation each side would only be paying $50 per hour. There is no minimum charge, so the mediation takes one hour; you only pay for one hour. Let me help you get your case settled.

BIO

I am a native Texan, born in Austin, raised in Round Rock, and practicing law in Belton. My maternal grandfather, uncle and brother were all lawyers, so its in my blood. My wife Janice and I have three children and three grandchildren, and we love to travel. But its always good to get back home to Central Texas.

Ive tried jury trials in many Texas counties, and in both state and federal courts. Ive been on both sides of the docket and have experience in personal injury, commercial, business, consumer and family law litigation. Besides my law practice, I minister in a small congregation and am involved in building orphanages in India. I am on the Planning; Zoning Commission in Belton, and am a member of the local Lions Club. My hobbies include playing the guitar and mandolin, reading, hiking, and spending time with the grandkids. I speak passable Spanish, and have traveled extensively in the US, Mexico, Europe, Guatemala and India.
